Whilst recruiting for a new CEO, Mantra Strategy provided interim leadership support on funding, branding, organisation strategy, people engagement, insight, structure, and governance. We worked with the board and interim lead to connect with the team, the programmes, and review all key documentation and make recommendations for the new CEO so they could hit the ground running. Since the new CEO appointment, we have been working with the leadership to now help the organisation to shape its future, determine where it can make the greatest impact over the coming years as we help facilitate the strategic development of Suicide or Survive into the future.
