


Mantra Mentoring - Starting September
Mantra Mentoring is a 9 week programme combining individual and group mentoring across 9 weeks. All three months MUST be bought but are staggered to make this affordable. By committing to the programme you are signing up and committing to pay all three instalments.
MANTRA MENTORING – LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Starting in September, Mantra Strategy will be offering a small number of developing leaders the opportunity to join our Mantra Mentoring programme which will run for 9 weeks.
What’s involved?
Leadership Plan - Exploring leadership styles, strengths and gaps. Profiling your style using our bespoke and partner models. This is a remote session. This will help give your roadmap to becoming a better leader. We are partnered with an exciting organisation Exit Entry and will be using their incredible scientifically validated Select and Assess software programme to help profile your skills, and talents, and opportunities for development.
Leadership Development Coaching and Mentoring - Supporting you with work specific issues. This programme will comprise 4 hours of coaching and mentoring with a mix of one to one sessions and group sessions spaced out across the programme. Over the 9 weeks you will get to discuss, explore, solve issues, be challenged, focused and find new ways to overcome blocks and solve problems.
Leadership Challenge - You will join our Leader’s Group Think Tank, learn about complex problem solving, active listening and creating space for envisioning and ideation. This session is a group session and will provide you with opportunities to extend your network and enhance your skills.
Support and Feedback - You will receive updates, engage in feedback, and have access to the Mantra support community. Overview of the programme is below, but is subject to change. We hope to run all sessions on Mondays but this is not restrictive so talk to us.
Schedule by Week
1. Intro – Find out about the programme, who else is in it, discovery call about your goals
2. Assessment – Select and Assess Skills Analysis and Report Development
3. Individual Mentoring – Your leadership plan will be created and developed based on the assessment, and at this first individual session, we will explore your work challenges, leadership approach to listening and problem solving.
4. Group Mentoring – A group reflective session on key leadership topics including how to engage diverse teams, manage poor performance and maintain a positive leadership style – even in adversity
5. Individual Mentoring – Coaching and mentoring tailored for you, your role and challenges
6. Group Mentoring – A group reflective session on winning buy-in, effective communications, and developing a shared vision
7. Individual Mentoring – Continued tailored mentoring and coaching
8. Group Challenge/Think Tank – A group think tank and leadership challenge, using active listening, balint and other models to problem solve for a business, entrepreneur, programme member or charity/social enterprise.
9. Wrap up - Recap on individual plan, report, attributes, style, and agreed actions for continued leadership development
Pricing
As a 2020 special, this programme, including profiling using a new to market skills profiling and reporting programme, is available for just €900 payable in three monthly instalments of just €300. The first instalment must be paid by your first session - which must take place in the first few weeks of September to secure your place. 2nd instalment should be paid by 1 October. Final payment payable by 1 November. Limited spaces are available.
